Eddie Franklin:Detroit, Michigan, United States of America (ASA) – Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin’s son was severely beaten at a gas station in Detroit on Monday. Eddie Franklin, 52, underwent surgery after the attack, two men and a woman.
Rep. Singer ‘Gwendolyn Quinn told the Detroit News, that Eddie was the victim of an unprovoked attack near Plymouth and Evergreen. Female suspect was about 19 years, and one of the men dreadlocks.
Police reiterated Franklyn was found beaten at a gas station. He was taken to the hospital area. They are currently investigating the incident.
No other details you can about the attack.
Eddie’s second of four sons of Franklin, whom she had given birth, when she was just 16 years. Iconic singer has never revealed who his father.
