Tropical Storm Fiona is chugging across the Atantic, and islands recently threatened by Earl now are under tropical storm watches and warnings for Fiona.

The National Hurricane Center’s forecast track shows that by Saturday, Fiona still will be only a tropical storm, and will be hundreds of miles east of northern Florida, heading for a collision with the Carolinas or New England or an ignominious fizzle in the North Atlantic.

According to the National Hurricane Center’s 8 a.m. advisory, the storm was about 500 miles east of the Leeward Islands.

It was moving west-northwest at a brisk 24 mph.

Top sustained winds were 40 mph, making Fiona only the barest of tropical storms.

Fiona is forecast to make a gradual turn to the northwest and speed up and only “slow” strengthening is expeted in the next day or two.

Projected Track: North Carolina, Long Island and New England, Category 4 Hurricane Earl may be headed for the Providence, Rhode Island area. The 5th named storm of 2010, Hurricane Earl is packing maximum sustained winds of 135mph, and wind gusts of 160mph. Hurricane Earl's projected path shows this powerful cyclone barreling towards the east coast with Rhode Island possibly in its sight.

Accuweather forecasts show Tropical Storm Fiona lining up right behind Hurricane Earl, and could prove to be an interesting, if not dangerous set of powerful storms to hit the New England area. Rhode Islanders should be especially concerned and pay close attention the weather forecasts the next few days. Meanwhile, local Rhode Islanders are being urged to prepare for not only Hurricane Earl, but Tropical Storm Fiona, and any future storms that would impact the area.

Hurricane Bob whipped through RI in 1991, so while that storm may be a distant memory in many Rhode Islanders' minds, RIEMA is urging residents to plan now for any emergency—present and future.

Glenn Beck is adding budding web mogul to his list of media titles.

The radio and TV show host launched Monday a news and opinion website called The Blaze that he says will be "a place where you can find breaking news, original reporting, insightful opinions and engaging videos about the stories that matter most."

In 2009, Beck is reported to have earned $32 million through a mix of books, radio, TV, digital media, and speaking fees.

The Blaze will be edited by Scott Baker, formerly of Breitbart TV, who told Mediaite that the site plans "news and information... commentary and opinion stories we're interested in that are being under-covered or not covered."

Beck said he was frustrated with the way the media covered his "Restoring Honor" rally this weekend.

"Too many times we see mainstream media outlets distorting facts to fit rigid agendas," he wrote on The Blaze. "Not that you've ever heard me complain about the media before. Okay, maybe once or twice. But there comes a time when you have to stop complaining and do something. And so we decided to hire some actual journalists to launch a new website."

Beck added that the website "will be about current news -- and more. It's not just politics and policy. It's looking for insight wherever we find it. We'll examine our culture, deal with matters of faith and family, and we won't be afraid of a history lesson."

The daughter of former prosecutor and presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani will have her shoplifting charge dismissed if she completes one day of community service, according to a judge who warned her today to "stay out of trouble."


Criminal Court Judge Jennifer Schecter adjourned Caroline Giuliani's case in contemplation of dismissal, meaning the case would be closed and sealed if the Harvard student, 20, does her community service and stays out of trouble for six months.

The Manhattan district attorney's office said the terms of the dismissal were not unusual for a first-time offender with a low dollar-value theft.

Giuliani appeared briefly before Schecter today to accept the deal.

Manhattan District Attorney's office spokesman Eric Duggan said she "agreed to an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal for her shoplifting charge ... She will serve one day of community service in New York."

ST JOHN’S, Antigua, Tuesday August 31, 2010 – As residents of Antigua and Barbuda, Anguilla and other Leeward Islands continue to clean up from the flooding caused by Hurricane Earl over the past two days, they’ve been told to brace for another tropical storm which could pass by them as early as tomorrow.

Tropical Storm Fiona formed about 890 miles east of the Leeward Islands yesterday evening as Earl became a Category Four Hurricane and moved away from the US Virgin Islands, hours after drenching Antigua and Barbuda, St Kitts and Nevis, Anguilla and St Maarten.

Those countries, along with Montserrat, Saba and St Eustatius are all under a tropical storm watch, less than 24 hours after being removed from hurricane watch as a result of Earl’s passing. A tropical storm warning is in effect for St Martin and St Barthelemy.

“Interests elsewhere in the northern Leeward Islands should monitor the progress of Fiona,” the National Hurricane Centre (NHC) said today, adding that additional watches or warnings may be required later today.

Fiona, with maximum sustained winds of about 40 miles per hour , was this morning about 500 miles east of the Leeward Islands was moving west-northwest near 24 miles per hour. A gradual turn toward the northwest with a decrease in forward speed is anticipated over the next two days.

“On the forecast track, the centre of Fiona is expected to pass near or northeast of the northern Leeward Islands early Wednesday,” the NHC advised.

Tropical storm conditions could spread over portions of the northern Leeward Islands tonight or early tomorrow.

Meantime, residents of the countries hit by Hurricane Earl, are still getting their houses in order.

In Antigua and Barbuda, there was no loss of life or serious injuries reported, or major damage to homes, but flooding was widespread. Eight people had to be rescued from a house in the south of the island, in a community where residents had ordered to evacuate, after they were trapped by flood waters.

Who is Kyle Massey? The young Disney Channel star is perhaps the most surprising contestant to join the 'Dancing With the Stars' season 11 cast.

Rumors swirled for weeks about who would be doing the samba across TV sets. Almost every other contestant had been leaked to the press -- including Bristol Palin, arguably the biggest tabloid target of the season -- but Massey remained the unnamed contestant.

Massey is the youngest member of the 'Dancing' cast, having turned 19 on Aug. 28. He follows in the footsteps of fellow Disney Channel stars Sabrina Bryan and Cody Linley.

NEW YORK (CBS) A disturbing display of animal cruelty has surfaced online: a video apparently showing a young woman or girl throwing live puppies into a river.
In the 43-second clip, a girl with blonde hair, wearing a red-hooded sweater is seen grabbing six puppies from a white bucket and hurling them into a river.

At one point, someone can clearly be heard saying "whee!" while she hurls a black-and-white puppy into the water.

It is unclear if the video is legitimate or potentially a hoax.

The video was posted on YouTube, but has been taken down; it has since sparked an angry online crusade to identify the woman.

"Find this dumb little b***h and throw her into a river," one person wrote on the notorious Internet message board 4chan.

"Let's work together on exposing this sicko!" another comment read.

According to the Daily Telegraph, some comments claim the girl is from the Central Bosnian town of Bugojno, which has a population of 50,000.

4chan users are believed to have previously outed the British woman who was caught on tape apparently grabbing a cat by the scruff of its neck and dropping it in a garbage can before closing the lid and hurrying away down the street.

Death threats were posted on 4chan and other online forums after apparently the woman's name and address were leaked online. She has since been given police protection.

The 'Dancing With the Stars' season 11cast was revealed in a live announcement Monday night during 'The Bachelor Pad.' Hosts Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke revealed the female celebrities first, then the men.

The new 'DWTS' cast includes 'Brady Bunch' mom Florence Henderson, 'Baywatch' icon David Hasselhoff, 'Jersey Shore' star The Situation, NFL quarterback Kurt Warner and teen mom/political scion Bristol Palin.

Hasselhoff, who was recently the guest of honor at a Comedy Central roast, was asked to compare the two experiences. "I think it's actually going to be harder than the [roast]," Hasselhoff joked, then added. "My two daughters love this show and they convinced me, 'Dad, you gotta go for it.'"

13-year-old Peter Lenz from Vancouver, Washington, died at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway after suffering a terrible accident during a warmup lap. The boy fell of his bike and was then run over by another racer, 12-year-old Xavier Zayat.



Although he was treated immediately and then taken to the hospital, Peter passed away three hours later as a result of “blunt force trauma”.

His father posted a message on Peter’s website saying:

“Peter passed away early this morning when he was apparently struck by another rider. He passed doing what he loved and had his go fast face on as he pulled onto the track. The world lost one of its brightest lights today. God Bless Peter and the other rider involved. #45 is on another road we can only hope to reach. Miss you kiddo. – Dad”

The video of the accident has not been released, but already thousands of people are looking for it. Peter Lenz is the youngest driver to lose his life on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

“This was the most difficult race for everyone,” MotoGP winner Dani Pedrosa said. “The conditions were very hard because of the heat and the asphalt was very greasy.”

The Peter Lenz crahs video is being used by authorities to investigate the circumstances of his death.

“Dancing With the Stars” revealed its next celebrity dancers tonight during a nationally televised news conference on ABC.
The women are actress-singer Brandy, “Dirty Dancing” star Jennifer Grey, comedian Margaret Cho, Audrina Patridge of “The Hills,” “Brady Bunch” star Florence Henderson and Bristol Palin, daughter of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin. Cho was the surprise; all the others had been rumored last week.

The men are singer Michael Bolton, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino of “Jersey Shore,” David Hasselhoff, former quarterback Kurt Warner, Disney Channel star Kyle Massey and former basketball star Rick Fox. They had been rumored to be taking part.

Hasselhoff said his two daughters love “Dancing” and persuaded him to the show. He said “Dancing” would be harder than the recent Comedy Central roast.

Bristol Palin said her mother is excited for her. Will Sarah Palin be in the ballroom? “Hopefully,” Bristol said.

Grey said “Dirty Dancing” fans shouldn’t have unreal expectations about her abilities. “I’m 50. It’s been a lot of years,” she said.

As the short news conference started, host Tom Bergeron joked, “We’re all about keeping it low-key.” ABC dragged out the announcement during a particularly boring episode of ”Bachelor Pad.”

The new season of “Dancing With the Stars,” the most popular series in Central Florida, starts at 8 p.m. Sept. 20 on WFTV-Ch. 9. The casting on “Dancing” is crucial to ABC. The show is the most popular one on the Disney-owned network.

We have more news today on the Blackberry India ban, and it seems it will be put on hold for 60 days. During these days, the country will be reviewing proposals by the makers of the Blackberry. India wants to be able to monitor secure e-mail and instant messaging services provided by the firm.

RIM has stated that they will work along with India for the need of “lawful access” but also has made it clear that they don’t do “specific deals” with countries.

India wants to ban the gadget because they feel that this may be a threat to national security; and they are not alone, other countries have also raised similar concerns. In India’s case there is the fear the Blackberry can be used by militants and insurgents in attacks, like the one that took place in 208 in Mumbai, so they want to be able to decrypt messages to fight back terrorism.

RIM, said the company “does not possess a ‘master key’, nor does any ‘back door’ exist in the system that would allow RIM or any third party, under any circumstances, to gain access to encrypted corporate information”.

Let’s hope they find a solution for the Blackberry users in India that are not linked to any kind of illegal activity.

Recently on WWE Raw, some classic clips of different events in the WWE that are now part of the WWE history, were shown. There were many clips for the entertainment of the crowd, but one in particular caught the attention of a huge WWE fan base; that clip was of Katie Vick.

This was the clip of a sick publicity stunt that the McMahons put up in 2002. Because the incident is 8 years old there are a lot of people out there who don’t know what it’s about. That is the reason that people got very concerned about the incident when the clip was shown.

According to the classic story Katie Vick was a girl who was in a relationship with the wrestler Kane. One night on WWE Raw in October 2002, after Kane won a match teaming up with Hurricane, Triple H interrupted the celebrations and accused Kane of killing a girl named Katie Vick. The crowd was shocked. A few days later Kane said that it was a car accident and Katie Vick was his girlfriend. The cause of the accident according to Kane was getting off the road while trying to save an animal. But Katie died in the accident according to Kane.
After that Triple H accused Kane of having sex with Katie Vick after she was dead. To prove it Triple H showed footage of himself wearing Kane’s mask and pretending to have sex with a manikin in a casket. This was undoubtedly the worst and most disgusting publicity stunt WWE could think of.

Media outlets are reporting that Miami Heat’s player Chris Bosh has decided to pop the big question to longtime girlfriend Adrienne Williams over the weekend. And she accepted! That’s right, they have become engaged and she has been seen wearing a big diamond ring.

The New York Post spoke to a source who said:

“Chris proposed to Adrienne outside their new home in Miami at sunset. They then went out and celebrated with friends at Liv Nightclub, where Adrienne was seen showing off a huge diamond ring. They are both really happy.”

The representative for the giant NBA player, Tammy Brook, confirmed the news of theengagement to the press, but didn’t provide any more information on the subject.

The video has created a lot of buzz because Lori and Daniele are seen getting pretty close and romantic by getting very close physically and staring into each other’s eyes. The video sparked questions about the controversial performance and though Danielle didn’t answer any questions on the stage, there was a Twitter message from her that stated Lori Michaels as her “gf”; generally taken as girlfriend, but it could mean anything because of the elusive nature of the comment.
The most controversial part of the video in which Danielle and Lori sang, was when Danielle was asked the question whether she and Lori are a couple. Danielle didn’t comment but she did start stroking Lori’s hair. That leaves the audience with the idea that they might not be a confirmed couple but may be working their way around stuff to become one.

Danielle also said that she and Lori are more than just songwriting partners. Well that statement also adds a little to the equation, there is just one thing that is bothersome; wasn’t Danielle seen in a sex video that was apparently with a man?

Bloom Box by Bloom Energy Shown on 60 Minutes – More and more companies nowadays are investing in green technology to become energy efficient. One of the rising companies in this field is Bloom Energy, a company based in Sunnyvale California providing solid oxide fuel cell technology and products for distributed electricity and hydrogen generation.
Bloom Energy announced its plans to raise $150 million in sixth-round capital to establish a market for its product called Bloom Box. Bloom Energy says it has booked most of this funding with Advanced Equities Investment. Bloom Energy’s planned Initial Public Offering or IPO has been valued at $1.45 billion.
So what is this product called Bloom Box and what makes it one of the most sought after energy efficient device by most huge corporations? Accordingly, Bloom Box is like an industrial-sized refrigerator, that sucks up oxygen on one side and fuel (natural gas, biomass, etc) on the other. Reports say that Bloom Energy bakes sand and cuts it into little squares that are turned into a ceramic, which are then coated with green and black “inks.” Using a special process, Bloom Energy creates these ceramic discs and stacks them together interspersed with metal plates of “a cheap metal alloy.” The bigger the stack the more power the Bloom Box will create. Since its launch last February, a lot of stock investors are now speculating that Bloom Box Fuel Cell would be the next Google in terms of stock price increase. Founded by a former NASA scientist, Bloom Energy is developing fuel cells for homes and businesses that produce clean, efficient electricity through chemical reactions.
In a press conference held last February, Bloom Energy revealed its Bloom Energy Fuel Cells saying that their fuel cells can take any of those fuels, and because of their unique chemistry, use that to produce electricity without the need for chemical plants. Several companies bought Bloom Box already as part of their investment to save energy which include eBay, Google, Lockheed, Wal-Mart, Staples and the CIA.

The Emmy Awards for 2010 had expected winners, some surprises and a notable gaffe in the In Memoriam segment of the series.

Jewel's song was the backdrop for the In Memoriam, written for a lost friend. Major oversight for not adding David Mills, a writer and producer for 'The Wire' and 'Treme' who died earlier this year, to the list. Mills even had written "Kingpin" for NBC.

The Twitter idea fell flat for Fallon, who otherwise shined and did a terrific job managing a wide variety of song and commentary.

Happy for Temple Grandin, one of M&C's favourite TV film efforts last year.

Hardest pill to swallow; seeing "The Closer' Kyra Sedgwick take the Best Actress in Drama award, when it should have been Katey Sagal for her poignant turn as Gemma Teller Morrow on FX drama, 'Sons of Anarchy.'

Also, not seeing "Friday Night Lights" get any due was tough.

Sarah Palin, the 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate, stood on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial on Saturday to urge tens of thousands of conservative activists to honor the men and women in the military.

The former Alaska governor said she was speaking not as a politician but as the mother of a combat veteran. Evoking the legacies of civil rights activist Martin Luther King Jr. and former presidents George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, Palin called on Americans to restore traditional values to the country by celebrating those who have fought for the nation's freedoms.

"We must not fundamentally transform America, as some would want," Palin said at Glenn Beck's "Restoring Honor" rally in Washington. "We must restore America and restore her honor."

Palin spoke of restraining evil and protecting "God-given liberty."

"These giants who are linked by a solid-rock foundation of faith in the one true god of justice," Palin said.

Recalling Americans who fought at Bunker Hill and Gettysburg, the Republican called the military "a force for good in this country." She honored three military veterans, hugging them onstage and telling the crowd to look to them as inspiration.

"Here today, at the crossroads of our history, may this day be the change point," Palin said. "Look around you. You're not alone. You are Americans! You have the same steel spine and moral courage of Washington and Lincoln and Martin Luther King. It is in you. It will sustain you as it sustained them."

The crowd responded with chants of "USA! USA! USA!"

Corey Ian Haim (December 23, 1971 – March 10, 2010) was a Canadian actor, known for a 1980s Hollywood career as a teen idol. He starred in a number of films such as Lucas, Murphy’s Romance, License to Drive and Dream a Little Dream. His best-known role was alongside Corey Feldman in The Lost Boys, which made Haim a household name.

Haim’s early success led to money and fame, and he began using drugs by fifteen. For three years in the late 1980s, Haim was the most famous teenager in the world. On March 10, 2010, after a 9-1-1 call from his mother, Haim was taken from their home by paramedics to Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, and pronounced dead at 2:15 a.m. (10:15 UTC). Los Angeles police stated that his death appeared to be an accidental overdose and that four bottles containing Valium, Vicodin, Soma (a muscle relaxant) and Haloperidol (an anti-psychotic) were retrieved, later confirmed as prescribed by a specialist, but that no illegal drugs were found at the scene. It emerged that Haim had used aliases to procure 553 prescription pills in the 32 days prior to his death, “doctor-shopping” seven different doctors and using seven pharmacies to obtain the supply, which included 195 Valium, 149 Vicodin, 194 Soma and 15 Xanax.

It just occurred to me a few minutes ago that George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis are going to walk the red carpet for the Emmys tonight, and they will likely be the biggest A-list couple there. The A-list part comes from Clooney, of course. I’m not calling Eli “A-List” unless we’re talking about golddigging cokewhores. But I imagine they will be one of the most photographed and talked-about couple there (Clooney is getting a humanitarian award), and that’s kind of sad. I mean, who else are we really going to get excited about? Katherine Heigl? I doubt she’s even coming, because she’s a big “movie star” now. Sure, I’ll be thrilled to see Jon Hamm and all of the Mad Men people and the Modern Family people, but it just seems like the Emmys are rushed this year and no one is really paying attention. Meh.

Anyway, back to Clooney… you know he’s got a film coming this week, right? It’s called The American, and he’s barely promoted it at all. LaineyGossip theorized that Clooney isn’t promoting it because it sucks. That’s a solid theory, I think, because while it doesn’t look awful, it doesn’t really look a solid film either. Just kind of boring and there and an excuse for Clooney to wander around Italy. Anyway, since there has been a dearth of Clooney promotion, his costars get to speak. Like his “love interest” in the film, an Italian actress named Violante Placido. She plays a prostitute. Wow, how NOT like Clooney’s real life, eh? According to this chick, Clooney was really awkward in their love scene:

For most women, getting naked with George Clooney would be intimidating. But for his costar in the upcoming thriller The American, there was no such trepidation – on her part, at least.

“He confessed … that he didn’t do lots of sex scenes,” Violante Placido, who plays prostitute Clara and Clooney’s love interest in the film, tells PEOPLE. “I felt like this was in a way something new to him, he wasn’t that experienced.”

She says the relatively graphic love scene came together well, though, once they agreed to trust each other.

“We had to find a way to make it natural and let your body speak somehow,” Placido says. “We were very open to one another to try and make it work. We just said ‘let’s trust each other’ and we did. I felt like we had to let ourselves go.”

Ultimately, she says, the scene was an important one to get right.

“It had to look real; it is the turning point for the two characters,” she says. “I can tell you that watching it, I don’t feel as calm as I did when I was on set filming it. Just watching it is a little like … wow.”

In the film, Clooney plays Jack, a professional killer attempting to escape his trade after one last assignment to the Italian countryside. The movie hits theaters Sept. 1.

Clooney found it strange to enact a passionate love scene with a hooker? Um, is he losing it? Beyond that, I find it weird that someone, anyone would talk about Clooney not being good in love scenes, considering his status as a romantic lead is unquestionable, in my opinion. He’s able to have chemistry with nearly all of his leading ladies, and his romantic scenes with Jennifer Lopez in Out of Sight still make my top five of the Best Film Sex Scenes Ever.

Today is the 47^th anniversary of the historic “I Have a Dream” speech by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. 47 years later, the “restoring honor” rally is being celebrated at the Lincoln Memorial, the exact same place in which the speech took place.

The “I Have a Dream” speech will always live on not only in the United States but also in the World, as the message can trespass all kinds of barriers.

Frankie Edgar is going to face one of the best fighters of the Ultimate Fighting Championships who is BJ Penn. Along with the fight between these two famous fighters there is another match between the former hall of famer Randy Couture and the great boxing hall of famer James Toney. The Ultimate Fighting championships had been scheduled for Saturday night when these fighters will have a big clash between them. The winner of the match between Frankie Edgar and BJ Penn the winner will be facing Gray Maynard who has recently beaten Kenny Florian due to his wrestling skills. The final match for the lightweight bout will be fought between the winner of the Edgar vs Penn and Maynard who is an unbeaten fighter with the record of 11-0 wins.


The Ultimate Fighting championships has provided a wide range of entertainment for the people as usual as the fighters from around the world are determined to win the championship titles and take away the respect. According to the media Frankie Edgar and his opponent BJ Penn gave some statements. Edgar said that this fight is going to be great for him as he is going to fight with the man who he calls the champion of the lightweight bout in the mixed martial arts. Penn has a record of 12-1 which makes him one of the best fighters of the ultimate fighting championships. Penn said that that he is feeling that he might lose the decision over to Edgar for this match. The film “Takers” has been finally premiered and already people are talking about it. The film, tackles the theme of a bank heist, a theme we have seen many times throughout film history.

Takers is a movie starring a big cast of known figures in showbiz such as Matt Dillon, Paul Walker, T.I., Chris Brown, Idris Elba, Michael Ealy, Hayden Christensen, and Zoe Saldana.

The “Takers” movie reviews haven’t been favorable, with so far a very mediocre score, and comes short when compared to other bank heist films. Marshall Fine from Hollywood & Fine writes:

“Takers wants to be Heat and it’s not. Director John Luessenhop and his squad of writers make gestures in that direction but never actually get beyond the surface tension – the style as opposed to the substance,”

Although similar opinions have been given by specialized critics, it seems the general public likes the movie, and has been quite popular in the search engines.

Did you like the movie?

Don’t kill me, Katy Perry fans, but I don’t think Katy is a live act. She’s fine – nay, harmless – when she’s on the radio, on some recorded and autotuned song. But get her in front of a live audience, and you see just how weak her voice is. I noticed it when I saw her perform on some MTV awards show last year, and I noticed it again this morning, when she performed onToday. Granted, she sang that horrible, annoying “California Gurls” song which I totally hate, but the song sounds even worse live:

Now, I will give Katy some credit: she has a lot of confidence performing in front a live audience, and she knows how to make a spectacle. And she looks cute in her outfit – her figure is lovely. But my God, the screeching. YIKES. Of course, you are free to disagree – Katy seems to have gotten half-decent reviews for her Today performance. But I’m still holding at“yikes.”

Glenn Beck told the estimated 87,000 people at his rally Saturday that "America today begins to turn back to God."

But the Fox News host's preaching may have escaped some attendees.

A video of encounters with rally goers at "Restoring Honor" captured political views and comments that sound nothing like the words of Rev. Martin Luther King, who spoke from the same spot as Beck did, 47 years ago today.

While angry protest signs that have come to characterize tea party events were mostly absent from Saturday's rally (Beck asked attendees to leave the signs at home), many people wore their political hearts on their sleeves.

The video, put together by the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence, shows rally goers weighing in on President Obama, "liberals," the NRA's support of gun rights for individuals on a federal terrorist watch list, and illegal immigration.

17-year-old Nicole John, daughter of US Ambassador to Thailand, Eric John, has tragically died after falling 22 stories from a NY apartment located in Midtown Manhattan during a party.

The tragic incident took place at around 4 am, and police was alerted by witnesses who saw the teenager fall, according to the information revealed today by police Commissioner Raymond Kelly.

A police officer said: “There was a party, It’s believed she fell from the building.”

It seems this was a result of hazardous behavior by Nicole John, who allegedly took off her shows and climbed a ledge with her photo camera on the building.

Ilan Nassimi, 25, resident of the apartment has been charged with a misdemeanor for providing alcohol to minors.

It was a rematch of the UFC 112 fight, B.J. Penn wanted to reclaim his title from Frankie Edgar.

Instead Frankie Edgar showed that he is for real and that he has the answer for "the Prodigy".

B.J. Penn chased Frankie Edgar around the cage throwing and landing punches before Edgar took him down. B.J. was immediately dominant in guard and was escaping to Edgar's back but couldn't get his own take down. Back on the feet, Penn landed with a left as Edgar danced laterally and fired punches. Edgar took him down with a big slam, but Penn quickly got back to his feet. Then Edgar got another take down. By the end of the round, Penn was slower and Edgar's dizzying movement kicked in.

In the second, Penn landed multiple jabs before Edgar shot in and took him down. Penn quickly fought back to his feet. Then they traded with Edgar's fleet footwork controlling the fight.

The third was more of the same. Edgar moved in and out and landed on the champ. Penn sprawled on a take down but otherwise couldn't do much to Edgar. Frankie landed a wide variety of strikes, beautifully mixing up his varied punches with kicks and elbows. He landed to the legs, body and head.

Going into the fourth everyone knew that Penn had to finish to win the fight.

B.J. Penn then took Edgar down and went for the kill. Edgar defended himself and escaped to his feet. Edgar dropped Penn with a leg trip and threw elbows on the ground. Penn worked rubber guard from his back. Then Edgar escaped and worked the ground and pound on Penn with hard punches from the top. Penn got back up and once again Edgar outscored him standing.

By the beginning of the fifth round, Penn had to be desperate. He immediately shot in for the take down. They scrambled through a staggering series of positions before Edgar landed in Penn's guard. From there Frankie landed elbows and punches and Penn wasn't able to work much off his back.

The B.J. Penn era of the lightweight division ended with a whimper, not a bang.

This is an interesting little non-story for those of us who are not obsessed with being Bella Swan. For those people (young and old) who think that there’s a very special sparkly vampire out there, just waiting for you, well then, this story is going to be a big deal. So, you know how the Twilight series is all about grinding and kissing and sniffing necks and never, ever penetrating anything ever? All c-ockblock and no release, ever. Well, Kristen Stewart is tired of playing that. So she took a role in On the Road, and it looks like lip-biting Bella is going to get some harsh lessons in threesome etiquette. Life & Style got their hands on the script for On the Road, which Kristen is currently filming in Canada, I believe. Anyway, the script calls for Kristen (whose character is 16 years old) to act out a threesome, plus she has to watch two people having sex…? All to “break out of the mold.”

Life & Style has obtained the script for the Kristen Stewart’s steamy new movie, On the Road, based on the Jack Kerouac novel. Her character, 16-year-old Marylou, has a threesome with a couple of hotties, asks to watch two people have sex and brags about loving to perform oral sex.

Why the shocking change of pace?

“Many actors who are entering adulthood want to make their own mark and stop being seen as bubblegum, cookiecutter teen stars,” Ryan Schinman, media expert and CEO of the talent-branding agency Platinum Rye Entertainment, tells Life & Style. “Kristen likely wants to be taken more seriously as an actress — and show she’s not afraid to break out of the mold.”

Well, good for her…? I’m kind of glad that Kristen doesn’t feel the need to twitch herself up like a Megan Fox or Ashley Green. That causes some people to call her a lesbian, which I think is the lowest common denominator of gossip: “She’s not wearing heels = lesbian.” But you can also tell that Kristen realizes that she needs some sex appeal if she’s going to have a long career – because let’s face it, she’s not her generation’s Meryl Streep (plus, Meryl does have sex appeal along with insane talent). Maybe Kristen will really go for broke and shock the hell out of people with her performance as a threesome-loving jailbait wife. Or maybe she’ll just bit her lip through every scene.
