November 5:You remember, remember, the fifth of November? apart from the fact that the morning soon after the new York Yankees won the 2009 world Series, it is also widely identified as dude Fawkes Day, AIA morning which has some worth not merely for our revolutionary-minded readers, but also for comic guide fans in general, many thanks to Alan Moore’s “V for Vendetta.”

Guy Fawkes, the 17 th century revolutionary, tried to blow up the houses of Parliament in England on Nov. 5, 1605, in what is now commonly referred to since the Gunpowder Plot. after caught, tortured and subsequently executed through the British authorities, the efforts of Fox and the likeness was immortalized via parables, poems, and other similar stories, Äîincluding comics.

Moore’s “V for Vendetta”, Äîthe graphic novel that inspired the 2005 film James McTeigue, starring Hugo Weaving and Natalie Portman, Äîfocuses of vigilante named V, which took more than a few signals from the long-dead Fox, including the continued use of masks resembling the encounter of Fox. As Fox, V works to overthrow the government, which he believes completely corrupt, systematically targeting many of the attractions of England, including the aforementioned Parliament.
