Jim Toth:Despite an Us Weekly cover tale this month claiming the actress would be imminently preparing for marriage number two (she and first hubby Ryan Philippe divorced in 2007), Witherspoon and boyfriend Jim Toth aren't walking lower the aisle anytime soon.
The "Legally Blonde" star's rep struck lower the report, telling People.com, "They are not engaged."
Still, don't rule out a wedding at some point lower the line.
A supply informed persons that Toth, an agent with CAA, "knows Reese is the one for him. It's what he's been waiting for."
An engagement "is a natural action for them but they're not in a very rush. There's no deadline, no timetable," the supply explained. "But it's something with the future."
Witherspoon, 34, and Toth, 40, began dating in January, and so are frequently observed out in Los Angeles with the actress' two youngsters from her marriage to Philippe, Ava, 11, and Deacon, who turns 7 Saturday.
