DeSean Jackson Concussion Video:DeSean Jackson suffered a concussion early in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons.
Jackson was already having an excellent start to the game with 78 total yards and two touchdowns.
Falcons cornerback appeared to have led the hit with his helmet. There is no word yet from the NFL if that hit should warrant penalties.
Eagles head coach Andy Reid has said that it would be a "real stretch" if Jackson were to return this weekend against the Tennessee Titans.
