Brown-Whitman debate Tuesday night
On Tuesday night, the significantly awaited debate between Democrat Jerry Brown and Republican Meg Whitman will be televised. It may be overly facile analysis as this year the voters are a prickly great deal and just five weeks away from the election day, it is complicated to judge what exactly they want.
According to the recent Los Angeles Times/USC poll, Brown has taken the lead over Whitman, a narrow one. It is 49% to 44%. There may be margin of error of either plus or minus 3.3 points.
Whitman have spent lots of income for a fortune on this campaign and Brown is for the optimistic end, benefiting from his title that he gained from many years of political office. However, the poll says that the two is not well liked by most from the voters.
45% favored Brown and 45% did not. For Whitman, 47% unfavored 37% favored.
