Kelly Curtis’s Father Tony Curtis Is Dead
Hollywood legend Tony Curtis, best recognized for his role in ‘Some Like it Hot’ with Marilyn Monroe has died at 85, his daughter Jamie Lee Curtis verified.
The reason was cardiac arrest in his Las Vegas home earlier Wednesday, the Clark County coroner informed the associated Press.
He married 6 times via his life, and is also lasted by his spouse Jill Vandenberg Curtis, whom he wed in 1998.
Tony featured in more than 150 films throughout his extensive job and obtained an Academy Award nomination in 1959 for his overall performance in Stanley Kramer’s ‘The Defiant Ones’ together with Sidney Poitier.
Tony fathered Kelly Curtis and Jamie Lee with actress Janet Leigh and experienced a couple of other children with his ‘Taras Bulba’ co-star Christine Kaufmann.
