Sunni Waqf Board Will Appeal In Supreme Court
The Sunni Waqf Board says it will appeal in the Supreme Court in opposition to the Ayodhya verdict introduced these days in Lucknow. The Allahabad substantial Court has decided the fact that debated website ought to be split 3 ways.
“High Court’s formula of one-third property is not acceptable to the Waqf Board and it will appeal versus it in the apex court,” stated Zafaryab Jilani who represented the Waqf Board in court.
“The Board will proceed the apex court after a meeting of the All india Muslim personal Law Board. We are not in hurry as we have 90 days’ time to appeal like a make any difference of right,” Jilani said.
