As you know, the reasoning in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid title fits have been mentioned through the specific Bench with the large Court of Allahabad. The orders presented through the 3 Honourable Judges need to be analyzed carefully. The large Court by itself has focused how the “Status Quo as prevailing till day shall be maintained for any period of time of 3 months.” Apart from, the large Court has given leave to plea to the Supreme Court.
It have been stated by several jurists that complex matters were included in the suits.
