3PAR:H-P Raises 3PAR Bid Again

Hewlett-Packard Co. has raised its offer for 3PAR Inc. yet again to $33 a share, or roughly $2.1 billion, in an effort to thwart rival Dell Inc.'s negotiations with the data-storage company to sign a revised proposal that would have also seen a higher price and break-up fee, people familiar with the matter said.
