Mike & Molly is an American television situation comedy, which is created by Mark Roberts. Mark together with Chuck Lorre, is the executive producer. The first show of the series is aired on 20th September,2010. Every Monday the show ill be broadcasted at 9:30-10:00 pm ET/PT on CBS.
In “Mike & Molly,” Chuck Lorre presents two usually under-represented Television character-types who get their day in the sun. Comedian Billy Gardell and “Gilmore Girls” alumnus Melissa McCarthy acted as supposed characters Mike Biggs, who is a cop, and Molly Flynn, a teacher. They meets cute at an Overeaters Anonymous meeting and start on to embark on a relationship. Since Mike and Molly both happen to be plump, and in addition, are mature characters — this type of combination not commonly seen in primetime — many reviewer have taken care to evaluate the pilot watchfully. The most gifted thing about “Mike & Molly,” in the larger sense, is that they both are fond of themselves. The characters are hilarious and appealing too.
