Remy Gonzalez, one of the stars from the show “Cake boss” is in some legal trouble, and a bad one, after he was arrested and charged on sexually assaulting a teenager.

Gonzalez was arrested last week and has been charged with two incidents that took place in East Hanover and Florham Park, N.J. The charges are first- and third-degree aggravated sexual assault, second degree sex assault, third-degree endangering and fourth-degree criminal-sexual contact according to the filed papers.

TLC, the network responsible for “Cake boss” has decided to make a short comment to distance from the charges Gonzalez is facing: “We support Buddy and the Valastro family during this very difficult and challenging time … and as this doesn’t involve us, we will not be commenting any further.”

Police papers also detail that Gonzalez admitted assaulting the teenager.
