Tracking Hurricane Earl

Meanwhile, local Rhode Islanders are being urged to prepare for not only Hurricane Earl, but Tropical Storm Fiona, and any future storms that would impact the area.

According to Providence, RI station, WPRI.com, Rhode Island hasn't seen a hurricane in almost two decades.
