Khayri Clark Williams, 17, Nigel Dumas, 19, an unidentified boy aged 17 was arrested today on charges of manslaughter. They are accused of beating Abelino Mazaniego, an immigrant of El Salvador, and videotaping of the beating. Four days later he died Mazaniego.

Mazaniego was 47 years and had four children. It has been known to distribute the video of teenagers in the area of Summit, New Jersey.

There is also a fourth teenager involved in this heinous crime. He is the beating allegedly recorded the whole, but has not been charged yet.

"The 17-year-old is being held at juvenile hall in Union County, while Williams-Clark is being held at the Union County Jail on $ 100,000 bail, prosecutors said.
